Epinephelus Flavorcaeruleus

Long Dian successfully led the world in artificial breeding in 2007, and mass production in 2018.  It is mainly located at Maldives and Southeast Asia, Australia and Japan. The meat is elastic and sweet and is widely favored by Hong Kong people. It is a kind of high value grouper and is 3rd ranked fish in Hong Kong market.
 
1997, this species is almost extinct in natural sea waters. This is carnivorous fish suitable for landside pond and sea cultivation. The feeds include fresh small fish and mixed feeds. It is a species of wide ranges in temperature and salinity. 5ince fry is hardly seen and difficult to get. However, with our research of years, we succeeded in its reproduction and we were able to mass produce.
